​Madatech – Israel's National Museum of Science, Technology & Space is housed in the historic Technion building, located at the heart of a 7-acre green campus in mid-​town Haifa.
Madatech aims to be an attractive destination for experiencing science and technology in a fun, interactive way. It is dedicated to perpetuating, popularizing and promoting the rich cultural heritage of science and technology among visitors of all ages.

Noble Energy Science Park

The No​ble Energy Science Park offers an exciting outdoor experience for the whole family, where giant interactive exhibits demonstrate some of the most remarkable discoveries made. Its thematic courtyards center on noted inventors and scientists whose thinking and work altered the world and perceptions of it: Archimedes, Leonardo Da Vinci, Sir Isaac Newton, Daniel Bernoulli, Galileo Galilee & Pythagoras. 

 

Education

Madatech offers authentic learning experiences and research activities to educators and students inside an interactive exhibition, outside at the science park and at Madatech-Ort's laboratories and science halls.

 

Cinematrix

An extraordinary, innovative SMART Theater which engages all senses simultaneously. The Theater provides an amazing experience for young and old alike, using Multi-Interactive systems boasting the latest techniques: 3-D film, multi-channel sound system, and smart seats, with built-in ticklers and dual-motion capability—complemented by scent, air flow and water effects.

Permanent Exhibitions

Over 20 exhibitions featuring several hundreds of hands-on, interactive exhibits offer visitors insight into some of the greatest scientific and technological principles of our world. Visitors can look, feel, explore, discover and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

 

Traveling Exhibitions

Since 2008, Madatech hosts every year an exhibition that stands at the forefront of science.
Amongst them are: The Giants of Patagonia, Body Worlds, Th​e Robotic World, Sports Science, 101 Inventions that Changed the World, and this year's Beyond Planet Earth.​
